TRIXIE

This pretty girl is Trixie. She is one of the "Muchachos" Tavia and Minty's babies. She and her sister Charauld (Char) and brother T.J (Teddy Junior) were born in June of 2015. They spent the first week of their lives in an old wooden pig house on the edge of our woods with their mama Tavia, who gave us quite a scare when she disappeared to give birth. I'm not proud of the fact that we had an accidental mating (we were told Tavia was spayed) but I am very proud of these precious babies. It was a full week before we found Tavia and her surprises, and the babies were about the size of a newborn kitten. These kids have grown into lovely, confident young pigs who delight in each other's company.
