TRULY

Truly came to live with us in the summer of 2008. Her family couldn't keep her due to bylaws prohibiting pigs where they lived. She was just a year old and very close in size to our little farm piglet Stormy. Together with Doc, another young farm pig, they formed The Piglet Pack. Stormy and Doc went on to live in the barn with the other farm pigs, while Truly became a house pig. She is exceptionally bonded to me and follows everywhere I go. She's always the first to greet visitors and even at 11 years old, she's the fastest pig on the farm. In late summer and fall she can always be found under the apple trees, in any weather, searching for apples that have fallen.
